Documents such as mining licenses, property records or the export licenses aren’t provided via email. We present the official proof of product (POP) to the buyer after the contract is signed and notarized contract. The payment instrument shall be opened only after the presentation of the test product. After signing the contract, we give the buyer a full Proof of Product, including a current SGS, AHK, Bureau Veritas,… test report. Before signing the contract, requests for the names of the mines or for documents about previous deliveries of us are not answered and ignored. All information recorded about mines is available in our offices. You can also check the records that the Brazilian government has authorized for this purpose.
